  • Does My Dog Poop Really Need To Be Picked Up?
Absolutely. Dog poop is NOT good fertilizer. Besides causing an unsightly yard, dog waste is dangerous to you, your kids, your guests, and your pets. It also kills your green grass the longer it sits.
  • Do You Sanitize Tools Between Yards?
Yes, we do a thorough cleaning of our tools after each service to prevent bacteria from spreading form yard to yard. We use Kennelsol disinfectant to clean our tools. Dog Waste carries parasites such as Hook and Round Worm which can be potentially dangerous for you and your pets.
  • What About The Holidays?
We want you to be completely satisfied, so we do work most of the holidays. We are one of the few Poop Scooping Services that offer holiday service. We do not work on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day / Christmas Day. If we can not make up the work that week, we will pick up the extra poop on your next visit and will credit your account 1/2 the regular fee for the missed visit.
  • Should I unlock my gate?
Yes, we will not climb or jump over fences, please have your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with a key to the lock if that will be convenient for you.
  • Do I Have To Sign A Contract?
NO, we can start and stop service over the phone or by text, so we have no contracts to sign regarding service.
  • Can We Work With The Dog In The Yard?
Absolutely! We are dog lovers! If your dogs are friendly, and will allow strangers in your yard, then yes we can work with your dogs in your yard. If your dogs are aggressive or vicious we can not work with them in your yard. They will have to be out of the yard while we are cleaning it.
  • What If I Want To Skip A Day, Or Go On Vacation?
Please call us in advance, so we do not come to your property. You will not be charged if we have prior notice. You do get charged if you do not notify us and we come to your property.
  • What Happens If The Weather Is Bad?
We work in just about any weather conditions. We will not work in blizzards, lightning, or severe thunderstorms. If we can not make up the work that week, we will pick up the extra poop on your next visit and will credit your account 1/2 the regular fee for the missed visit.
  • What about Winter?
Snow and inclement weather may delay our Professional Pet Waste Removal Service from time to time, but we are usually able to catch up on your scheduled dog waste clean up within a day or two. In the Winter, we will occasionally get a snow that may cause us to miss an entire week. In this case, we will credit your account 1/2 the regular fee for the missed cleanup. This is due to the fact that we will still have twice as much dog waste to cleanup on the next scheduled visit.
